Pierre and Odile immigrated to Canada in 1969, leaving everything behind and coming to a new country with three children as farm labourers. It is those sacrifices that Pierre & Odile have made over the years to provide a better future for their children and grandchildren.

In 1973, the first farm was bought. Early years were filled with extremely hard, physical work as the first farm bought was nothing impressive due to the limited finances.  It was the only opportunity for Pierre & Odile to get started in the dairy industry.

In 1977, the current homestead became available to purchase with land from the first farm touching it. So it was an opportunity to gather more land in a single regrouping. In the summer of 1979, saw the building of the dairy barn at the current location, milking approximately 120 cows.

In 2000, an addition was completed on the dairy barn to be able to milk approximately 180 cows.  Over the years, more land became available and neighbouring farms complete with buildings were purchased.

Today the farm consists of 4125 acres, where alfalfa, corn silage, grain corn, canola, soybeans, oats and barley are grown.

The farm is currently managed by Pierre and his son, Bruno, along with 5 full time employees and numerous part-time truck drivers in the summer to assist in the bringing in of forages and grain.  Karen, Bruno's wife, has her hands full tending to their 3 sons and one daughter. Bernadette, one of Pierre & Odile's daughters, who is also a teacher at the local school, assists in the book keeping.

Odile passed away in 2014 after a courageous battle with glioblastoma, a form of brain cancer.
